  • It was great having someone flexible and adaptable. I'm usually very slow to recommend people in life, but with Victoria, I wouldn't hesitate. It was easy to trust her completely — she was almost too efficient. I didn't have to outline what to do or how to do it.

    Making Shift Happen

  • Victoria has been an exceptional Business and Operations Manager at 360 Degree Society. She took ownership of our entire operational infrastructure — from financial processes and governance to policy development and operational oversight — and has delivered consistently excellent work with minimal direction. What stands out most is how much I trust her. She works autonomously and flexibly, and I never have to wonder whether something has been done or done well. I would recommend Victoria without hesitation to any business looking for senior fractional operational support. She is the rare kind of person who makes a leader feel genuinely lighter.

    Catherine Smith, CEO
    360 Degree Society

  • Victoria has been a huge asset to our business, both as a senior team member and more recently leading on CRM build and optimisation work. She’s incredibly reliable, works with real autonomy and consistently delivers high-quality output, often getting into the detail to solve problems others would shy away from. From building out full CRM systems and automations to supporting across marketing and client delivery, she’s someone you can trust to just get things done. The impact of her work has been felt across both our internal operations and client results, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

    Virtually Priceless

  • Throughout our time together at MSH, I found Victoria to be a very positive team player, with a wonderful “can do” attitude. She is an excellent project manager and demonstrates a great ability to juggle multiple tasks. She’s a pleasure to work with and brings a wealth of experience and professionalism to any role.

    Making Shift Happen

  • Victoria most recently worked with me on video editing in Canva for a project. The quality of her work was excellent, and she proved to be highly reliable and efficient throughout. This took place during an exceptionally busy period, and I was able to trust her to work independently, use her initiative, and deliver work to a consistently high standard. I have also worked alongside Victoria with other clients and have always been impressed by her strong work ethic. She is thorough, enthusiastic, and brings a positive, proactive approach to her work, as well as being a great person to work with.

  • I’ve been working with The Efficiency Partner for some time now, and I can confidently say that Victoria has transformed both my business and my day-to-day life for the better. Her support has freed up so much of my time, allowing me to focus on growing other areas of my business without feeling overwhelmed. What truly sets Victoria apart is the trust I have in her—she consistently delivers exceptional work and handles everything with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Knowing that things are in such capable hands has been invaluable. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

HOW IT WORKS

Simple engagement. Real results.

Image of a hot drink on a desk and hands placed either side, giving the viewer the impression the person is sat opposite someone having a warm and inviting conversation. A chat about how The Efficiency Partner can help their business.

01

A conversation

We start with a straightforward chat about where you are, what's not working, and what would actually help. I'll ask questions, listen, and be honest with you about whether I think I can help.

I share more on how remote, fractional operations and project management works.

No obligation — just a conversation between two people working out if it's a good fit.

02

A clear plan

I'll suggest how we might work together.

That might be a focused one-off project with a defined scope and end point, an ongoing retainer where I work alongside you regularly each month, or something more flexible and ad hoc as needs arise.

I work with clear agreements so both sides know exactly what's been signed up for.

03

Get things done

I deep dive into your business to fully understand how you and your team work. I then hit the ground running. You don't need to explain the basics, or hold my hand through the process — I already know what good operations looks like and I get on with it.

Most clients tell me they notice the difference quickly. The goal is always to make your business feel easier to run, and to leave things in better shape than I found them.
