I've spent 20 years bringing process improvements, and business systemisation into organisations, helping them run better — from global small to medium sized companies in the world of SaaS to purpose-led consultancies. I've built CRM systems from scratch, written full policy suites, managed complex project portfolios, and fixed the kind of operational chaos that quietly costs businesses time and money every day.

I'm based in Devon, and I've worked remotely for over 11 years across the UK, Ireland and the US — so distributed working is my norm. Plus I use AI tools where they genuinely speed things up, so you get more done in less time.
